Welcome to Collective Housing and New Growth Alternatives, Inc. (C.H.A.N.G.A.). C.H.A.N.G.A. is a non-profit organization devoted to providing affordable rental housing for deaf adults. We work to offer safe housing with convenient access to public transportation. We place special emphasis on helping young adults - students, those just entering the job market for the first time, or those well established in their jobs.
Many in the deaf community become aware of our organization through existing schools, social service agencies, churches and social organizations.
